Make small accounts more sabbable
so that when you are at war you dont have to only sabb the 5k accounts and below and even most of 5k accounts are unsabable its hard to do much now in koc like in age 4 u could sab ablot more

Yes! I'm ranked 230 and I cant sabb almost anything from a guy ranked 4500 who has only 50 m of SA, no DA nor spy nor sentry. And yes I am building up my DA but my 50 m spy should be able to do something to this guy. Its not fair.
