Well, To be honest, When you start KoC in the beginning of a new age, you get those nasty newb hits as soon as the age starts, especially if you're a few hours behind the rest of the world. So, I suggest adding a 24/48 hour peace time, at the beginning of the age. It would allow everyone to have their accounts, and at least know the exact time that you're going to be hit. Then it'd be pretty fair odds for everyone. If you start even hours later than the rest, you're totally boned. That's just my two cents worth.
