Upgrade deflation
As the age goes on cost of upgrades decrease, bigger players that can afford upgrades when they want. gives smaller players and late starters a change to get to higher ranks and better unit production

I think that would be unfair. Why should late starters and small accounts be helped to get higher ranks? late starters shouldnt be compensated over players who started from the begining of each age. Small accounts is more complex: I voted for more afordable unit production and less recluting clicks allowed, so every body has the same chances of growing their army, thats whats needed.
