Once upon a time we were told the next ages were all going to last 3 months. Some people have been counting on it and with the current attacking rules big accounts aren't fun to play. I also understand that changing the rules during an age might upset some players - so why not just stick to the idea of the 3 month age ?

End the age in about 2-3~ months, But change the way mass attacking is, Its painfull to be playing a big account, And to be whiped out every 11 days because a group of n00bs want to just "own" you for giggles, Get on irc and ask Elmer or Keneva how they feel about mass attacks, them two are getting owned for... Well no reason, Groups of small accounts just mass them for the fun of it... lol

4 months per age would be good so you'll have 3 different ages in a year. This means that if you couldn't play during the spring, you can play in the summer, or in the winter.

i use to like the ages lasting 6 months so you get 2 ages per year thats worked very well I thought. But that only works if the rules are more balanced currenty the rules are not balanced and the current age should only last 3 months, this age is very chaotic (which is good) but also alot of players are not caring no more. The user base has gone from 28k to 18k in 2 months is that a good?

I think 4-5 months is good. But don't rush to end this age. Filter through all the wonderful suggestions first and make the next age a great one.

I will also like this age to end as fast as possible. Its insane expecting decent accts to bank every 1 hr or so. If they don't and u happen to come back after a 5 hr hiatius u will find that all the slayers have fought over ur gold and left u with huge repairs

4-5 would be good i think, after a few months clicking slows for the most part, and it gives the people who want to make up for their slower growth the chance to do so.
Any shorter and its almost to short, then its who has the most time to bank. Working people who play are at a major disadvantage if they don't have internet at work.

I agree, cut this age out and give us KOC back. Another 3 months of worrying about logging into your account to see if its massed to crap or not is not worth it. Listen to our opinions and give the people what they want! 2 more months AT MOST.

I agree with the 4 month idea, partially because a lot of people have lives during the summer :p Also, shorter age is definitely better, with notifications to when the age will end :)

I don't want them to end this age and start another with the same setup. I'd rather them take time and make real changes that will make the game fun again... or go back to Age 7 rules, with a few minor modifications. ;)

Yea 4 month ages is a good idea, but don't end this age in haste. Plan out Age 10 for the best age yet. If it's good enough, run it for a whle, if not then stop it short. But I think the whole issue with the limiting the age is that every time a new age starts, the admins pretty much HAVE to make a change and 4 months might not be enough time to think of a change to make....

From a selfish point of view, this age needs to end sooner rather than later, to at least not lose any more players. There are fewer and fewer more active players. Things are really struggling and I would imagine that setting it right now would only do good for the game.

6 months ages would be good. End this age , it's so damn boring now. MAKE AGE 10 THE BEST EVER. If you can't end this age yet than make a beta age to test the new changes and see if the players like it. Take suggestions of the players and work it the best for the community :)

this age was fun, very chaotic... but only if you were able to stay online as much as possible... next age hopefully we will return to age 8 rules.... please and thanks.... its more enjoyable being able to log on and continue to build than log on and find your account destroyed....like i said, it was fun and lived up to the name chaos, but bring back age 8! ;-)

age 8 was cool.... age 9 rocked for its chaotic nature.....since so many people loved/hated both ages for different reasons you could do an alternating age 10 similar to age 8, age 11 similar to age 9 etc etc... that way people can play the age they love and be happy, and those that dont like it know that they will get the rules that appeal to then a few months down the line.

minor tweaks can then be made to perfect the different styles to each age and huge uproar wont be caused by this method.... thus the admins dont get undeserved abuse for trying to improve the game and players are happy cause they can choose to play an age that suits their style of play....
