Get 1 turn a day/week where people can't attack you

maybe one turn in an age, as long as that turn isn't allowed within 48 hours of the end of the age. Any more than that, there will be too much abuse. Part of having a fun game, is catching someone in the act of upgrading, or doing a sell.

Interesting. If it were just one turn a week, that would be a great advantage, but not too intrusive. Definitely not every day, though. However, I think maybe you shouldn't be able to attack others, as well.
