break down the UP and make each increase cheaper

break down the UP increase, so it wont double each time, why dont you make it so that it increases by 5 or 10, so smaller players can afford it, I could never afford the 2.5k UP and by the time a small-medium account banks that money it will be too late and it wont be worth it anymore, so please fix the UP increase so it will be easier for small guys to grow as well.

    I would like the First UPS offered to players very affordable. I would like to see the UP's offered per turn, instead of each day. And I would like to see UPS travel upstream like clicking does. The more productive UPS should be more expensive than the beginning UPS though.
