Consolidate the spy reports

It would be nice to see a consolidated spy report instead of many partial reports. Utilize white text for current data, yellow text for day old data, and red text for data over two days old.

    I have no votes left, but this idea would have consumed some of my voting power. To do this simply have one spy report per target, and change the day / time stamp of the newest results.
