Spy/Sentry Retraining
Why can you only reassign Attack and Defense Specialists? Shouldn't you be able to reassign spies and sentries too? It would be easy to do, so get to it :P

This would be a nice option..but does remove any pre-planning to your game, but allows other options. I would not be against this by any means.
