get ride of everything that's 24 hours and make it 12 hours
get ride of the 10x every twenty for hours , ,open the amount of how many time you can sab a person but cut it down to 12 hours a person ,

UP can be done per turn. The other stuff, really can be dealth with either on a per turn basis (which it is) or a 24 hour period. The time scale don't matter to me, but a per turn basis would be more beneficial to many other players.

why do we need to wait 24 hour's to receive unit production , cut it down to 12 hour's ,
