Only be banned for a limited amount of time when banned!
Instead of the account being disabled make it so instead of being banned forever the account is only banned for a limted amount of time.

why? getting banned should be discouraged, not dealt with easier. Plus there are already temporally suspensions, it all depends on what was done wrong with an account.
