Alliance Depth
Allow one account to be selected as the leader account designated by the chainhead. Once the leader is decided only the leader account can choose the next leader. The alliance page is specific for YOUR alliance but can have a tab for other alliances. It can let the leader choose moderators and if need be discharge someone down in the chain causing problems. Only the leader/mods would be able to discharge members besides their regular commander.
Also, and more to the point... we need a way to send a PM to all in chain members. Mass message has been suggested way too many times but for damn good reason.

I find that just a well-structured communication system other then third party chat rooms or forums would be great in Kings of Chaos.

I agree... perhaps with the addition that anyone discharged by his/her commander would also be automatically discharged from the alliance page, until/unless picked up by another commander.
