   make sentry and spy insabbable. it has not solved the annoying sab account issues only made it harder for ppl in wars, makes them far to short and no fun!

5. 24 is too much, 8 worked well, but in bringing in new players more turns is good, so i guess around 1/2 what we get now around 12 would be good.
