I think the so called races adds character to the game, but maybe this idea could come in by allowing user to have mixed army: X percent dwarves, X percent elves, etc. Also, could have possibilities for recruiting different races with an recruitment bonus for the users race, eg. elf could click to recruit 5 elves per day, 4 humans per day, 3 dwarves per day, 2 orc, 1? undead, of max 10 clicks/day.
5 to 10 every 12 hours as suggested elsewhere, sounds good to me.

I like the idea of every 12 hours, 10 clicks. I do not like the idea of unlimited. it makes the game too easy.
