1. Yeah, I agree, should have changed the wording to increase sab ratios on smaller accounts, makes more sense.

2. I agree with the different ratios for different sized accounts, they have that already, just make those ratios bigger :P

   Personally I'm sick of those guys that have tons of SA, are farming chain members, and they're unsabble. Its ridiculous...
